What about my information?

PRIVACY POLICY – We do not share your information with anyone. We don’t even add you to our own email list… because we don’t have one. You will not be getting any spam from us, only email communications regarding your questions or reservation.

Do you only do airport shuttle service?

No, we are here to serve your travel needs throughout Belize and even across borders into Mexico or Guatemala. We will meet you at the airport, your resort, or your Airbnb! We also offer private tours.

What if I need to change my reservation?

Not a problem! Simply reply to the confirmation email you received, or contact us, and just let us know what changes need to be made.

How will we meet our driver?

If we are picking you up from the airport, it is a small airport and it is not going to be difficult to find each other. We will be looking for you. Our driver’s wear marroon colored shirts with Jet’s logos on them. See you soon!

If we are picking you up at another location, you can provide us with an address or the name of the place where we will be meeting you.

What if I have a lot of luggage?

The standard rate charged includes the typical amount of luggage that one would normally travel with on an airplane… one checked bag, and one carry on. If your bags are oversized or if you have a lot of them and we end up needing an additional (or larger) vehicle, there may be an extra cost. If you are not sure, just ask when (or before) you make your reservation.

How do I pay?

A reservation deposit of 15% is due and payable by credit or debit card when you make your reservation. This holds your reservation and is fully refundable with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel for any reason.

The remaining amount due will be due in cash (Belizian or US) to the driver at the time of service.

Can I get a receipt?

Once your reservation is complete and the deposit has been paid, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to the email address you provided during booking.

Can I cancel?

Yes, you can cancel at any time, for any reason. We do ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. With at least 24 hours notice, you will receive a refund of your 15% reservation deposit, no matter the reason why you had to cancel …even though not getting to give you a ride makes us a bit sad.

Can I get a refund of the 15% reservation deposit?

Why yes, yes you can. You just need to give us notice of your cancelation with at least 24 hours notice from your scheduled pickup time.

We want to make stops along our route, can we?

We love pit stops! What would you like to see, do, eat? Would you like us to make recommendations?

We have scheduled stopovers for our clients for anything from a quick stop for ice cream at The Country Barn, a layover for lunch, or a side trip to Xunantunich. You’re here to explore, right?! Let’s do it!

There may be a small additional fee for longer stops or guided tours.

What about tips?

Tips for your driver and guide are not included in the price but are greatly appreciated.
